The details

Virgin HDPE

We use virgin high density polyethylene for consistency and structural integrity. Our remainder plastics are reground and put back into the resin for certain products, such as the stackable rebar and panel chair.

Molds cut on a CNC mill

A TRUMP CNC milling machine produces all our molds, in prehardened steel, aluminum and beryllium-copper alloy, with a life of thousands and thousands of parts.

A press that runs fast

A REED plastic injection molding machine makes our products. It can produce hundreds of parts per minute, with precise composition for structural integrity.

Built into the building

The products are designed to support precast concrete for entire buildings, including floors, walls, stairs and elevator shafts.
